POLICIES

Any SOTECH catalog item found to be defective due to workmanship for a period up to one year or 2,000 hours (electrical components 6 months or 1,000 hours) from the date of delivery to the end user, will be replaced at no charge.

This warranty will be invalidated if product damage is found to be caused by misapplication of the product, careless handling, misuse, failure to operate or maintain in accordance with instructions, or any modification or repair not approved in writing by SOTECH.

SOTECH makes no other warranty except the expressed warranty herein. SOTECH specifically disclaims any implied warranties granted by state or local laws, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall SOTECH be liable for direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages.

SOTECH Product Pricing & Payment Conditions

• Product prices listed on this website reflect the price for base units only.
• Actual product prices will necessarily vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, specific user requirements, options selected, and current supplier pricing.

SOTECH Payment Conditions

• Subject to credit approval, payment terms for  “non-approved credit” customers are as follows:
  50% of total sum to accompany written purchase order or credit card charged.
  Delivery will be based upon the receipt of this payment.

  Balance of 50% of total payment upon completion of manufacturing and machine prove-out prior to shipment.
  Payment must be received prior to project shipment.

•  All other invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
• Overdue invoices will be subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month.

SOTECH Delivery & Freight Information

Delivery Time
SOTECH will make every effort to have delivery made within the confirmed delivery time. If a delay should occur for reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to, severe weather, work stoppage, catastrophe, acts of war, or other unforeseen incidents, SOTECH reserves the right to review and honor cancellations on a case by case basis. In these instances, SOTECH shall be held harmless from any claims for damages.

Freight & Packing Costs
The FOB point for all shipments is North Prairie, Wisconsin. We include standard packing for all parcel shipments up to 50 lbs in our pricing, to lower 48 US States only.

All other shipments will have an add-on charge for packaging, crating, or palletizing the order, and are to be paid by the purchaser.

The amount will be charged as a separate line item on the invoice.
